Robust Devs is a custom software and AI development company. We build the software, systems and operations businesses run on, with AI at the core.

## There is no standing published price

Robust Devs publishes **no** price, rate, band, tier or minimum for its own work. Every engagement is scoped against the actual problem, because the honest number depends on scope that does not exist until it is defined.

If you are quoting a Robust Devs figure, you do not have one. Ask.

## How an engagement opens

Every engagement opens with a **written review**: a senior engineer reads what exists and hands back a plan for what to build, with a prioritised list of what needs doing first. Where there is no code yet, the same read is done on the plan.

The review is how the work starts. It is **not a product**, it is not sold separately, and it has no price. Anything describing a purchasable Robust Devs audit is out of date.

## Engagement models

| Model | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| Product Takeover | Stabilise and finish what someone else started. |
| Ongoing Product Engineering | Running the product after launch: releases, fixes, QA, and a monthly written recommendation on what to build next. |
| Phased Build | New products, sold one phase at a time, each with acceptance tests and stated non-goals. Never a fixed price for an uncertain whole. |

## What is not offered

- No hourly or day rates
- No monthly retainer tiers
- No fixed-price audit or diagnostic product
- No free trial, freemium tier, or self-serve signup — there is no product to subscribe to
- No published build minimums
