The Vision & Challenge
A SaaS startup identified a clear gap between how audiences consume content on social media and how businesses capture leads. Traffic from vertical video platforms was directed to traditional landing pages, causing a jarring user experience and high bounce rates. The market lacked a tool for creators and coaches to build marketing pages that felt native to the mobile environment.
The central problem was friction. Non-technical service providers needed a way to translate the engagement of short-form video into a direct conversion tool. They required an intuitive platform to build video-first landing pages without writing code, managing hosting, or wrestling with complex design software. The goal was a product that could be built, launched, and validated quickly.
Our team was engaged to build the minimum viable product from the ground up. We developed the complete web application, from the dynamic, user-facing page builder to the back-end architecture for multi-tenancy and subscription management. The result was a market-ready platform designed for immediate user adoption and revenue generation.
Project challenges
- The core product required a dynamic and intuitive page builder that could handle multiple media types, including in-browser video recording, for non-technical users.
- A scalable multi-tenant architecture was necessary from day one to support individual user subdomains, custom domains, and complete data isolation.
- The business model depended on a reliable, automated system for managing tiered subscriptions, feature gating, and recurring payments.
Solutions
- We built the front-end using ReactJS, creating a block-based editor with a drag-and-drop interface that simplified page construction and media management.
- The back-end was developed on Laravel, architected specifically for multi-tenancy to manage user accounts and domains securely on Digital Ocean infrastructure.
- We integrated a payment gateway with the application to automate billing cycles for different subscription tiers and built a custom admin panel for platform oversight.

Users add content blocks for video, images, and text, then arrange them with a simple drag-and-drop interface. This allows creators to build mobile-native experiences that mirror the content formats their audiences expect, helping to improve engagement and conversions from social media traffic.
User Subscriptions and Domains
We engineered the platform to function as a complete SaaS business. Every user gets a unique subdomain upon registration, and higher-tier plans allow for custom domain mapping. The system is connected to a payment gateway to manage tiered subscriptions automatically, controlling access to features based on a user’s plan. This provides our partner with a scalable, automated revenue system.
