What are your typical timelines?

Discovery Sprints run 2 to 3 weeks. Project builds run 6 to 14 weeks depending on scope. Ongoing product engineering starts with a 30-day onboarding sprint and run month-to-month after that. Every engagement opens with a written review of what you have and a plan for what to build next.

What pricing models do you offer?

Fixed-scope projects (most builds) and monthly retainers (ongoing product engineering, ongoing engineering). We don't do hourly billing on new work; every engagement starts with a scoped Statement of Work.

How does communication work day-to-day?

Each engagement gets a dedicated Slack channel with the team and your lead engineer. Weekly written updates every Friday. Sync calls scheduled on demand. You always have a direct line to the team.

How do you handle security and compliance?

Code review is mandatory; production credentials never touch developer machines; we sign DPAs and NDAs as standard. For HIPAA/SOC 2 work, ask us; we've shipped under both.
