Tech Audit
The starting point for budgets under $15K and for vendor vetting: a clean read on your stack before you commit.
You've closed pre-seed to Series A and have an AI product to ship. Add senior engineering capacity without trading away code quality or delivery discipline.
Audience fit
A quick fit check before either side spends time on a call.

The teams we fit best already have product pressure, investor expectations, and a real roadmap to ship.

01
The starting point for budgets under $15K and for vendor vetting: a clean read on your stack before you commit.
02
For a new product build that needs scoping. We pin down architecture, scope, and a realistic plan before any code ships.
03
Fixed-scope delivery, typically after a Discovery Sprint has pinned down the spec.
04
For Series A+ companies with evolving roadmaps: an embedded senior team that flexes with your priorities.
05
For projects a previous vendor left broken or behind schedule. We stabilise the codebase and get it shipping again.

We built a minimum viable product to connect disparate advertising APIs into a single, intuitive user interface.

We engineered a voice-first AI companion with a therapeutic framework to validate a new model for mental health support.

We built the technical foundation for a SaaS platform that automates complex legal document creation with usage-based pricing system
Starting point
For most funded startups, the right starting point is either a Tech Audit (if you’re still vetting vendors) or a Discovery Sprint (if you’re ready to commit to a build). Project Build follows once scope is locked. Embedded Squad makes sense once Series A growth calls for ongoing capacity.

Production delivery
Tech Audit, Discovery Sprint, Project Build: start with the smallest engagement that answers your next engineering decision. Fixed scope, senior engineers, no junior padding.
From the founder
I started Robust Devs in 2019 after watching too many good products die between agencies. The pattern was always the same: big promises in the sales call, silence by week six. We built this firm to be the opposite of that. A small senior team, honest scope, and the uncomfortable truth delivered early.
If you are building in marketing, healthtech, or fintech, tell me what you are working on. If we are not the right team for it, I will say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Tayyab Hanif
CEO, Robust Devs
Anything sub-$15K routes to a Tech Audit; it’s the cleanest way to get value fast. Larger scopes move into a Project Build, usually after a Discovery Sprint.
No sales team, no SDR loop. Speak directly with engineers who have shipped AI products to production.
