Cross-platform delivery

Mobile App Development

We build React Native apps for AI products that need to perform on real devices: iOS and Android from one senior team, with native modules where they are the honest engineering choice.

What you get

A production mobile product, not a web view

Device integrations, poor networks, store rules, background behaviour, and release operations are part of the build from day one.

One production codebase

React Native and TypeScript for shared iOS and Android delivery, with native Swift or Kotlin modules where the product genuinely needs them.

AI built for mobile constraints

Streaming responses, camera and voice inputs, model fallbacks, secure API access, and on-device inference where latency or privacy demands it.

Device + wearable integrations

HealthKit, Health Connect, Bluetooth devices, camera, location, biometrics, notifications, and background tasks engineered against real hardware.

Offline and unreliable-network support

Local persistence, queued writes, conflict resolution, retry policy, and visible sync states for products that cannot assume perfect connectivity.

Payments + subscriptions

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, StoreKit, Google Play Billing, entitlement handling, and receipt validation without brittle payment logic.

Store-ready release pipeline

Signing, TestFlight, internal tracks, staged rollout, crash reporting, review preparation, and the release runbooks your team keeps.

Engineering approach

Cross-platform without pretending the platforms are identical

01

React Native by default

One team and one product codebase where it improves speed without compromising the experience.

02

Native where it earns its cost

Swift or Kotlin modules for device APIs, performance-critical paths, and platform-specific behaviour: not ideology.

03

Real devices before release

Simulators are useful, but camera, biometrics, background jobs, Bluetooth, and poor networks are validated on hardware.

From prototype to store

We ship on hardware, not just simulators

Every build is tested on physical devices. Camera access, biometrics, Bluetooth pairing, push notifications, background sync: validated against real hardware before a reviewer ever sees it. Your TestFlight and Play Console tracks belong to you from day one.

Delivery

How we build mobile apps

  1. Stage 1

    Scope devices and integrations

We define OS support, device permissions, backend contracts, AI behaviour, offline requirements, analytics, and store constraints before design locks.

  2. Stage 2

    Design native-feeling flows

Accessible iOS and Android interaction patterns, navigation, loading and error states, and prototypes tested on representative screen sizes.

  3. Stage 3

    Build and test on hardware

Two-week delivery increments, automated tests, device-matrix QA, performance profiling, and beta builds your stakeholders can use throughout.

  4. Stage 4

    Release and observe

TestFlight and Play testing tracks, store submission, staged production rollout, crash monitoring, analytics validation, and 30 days of launch support.

Close-up of code on screen

Real devices. Real networks. Real users.

Fit

Is React Native the right delivery model?

Best for

  • AI products where mobile is the primary customer experience, not a thin web wrapper
  • Teams that need iOS and Android shipped together without maintaining two full codebases
  • Health, finance, or field products with device, wearable, offline, or security requirements
  • Funded companies that need a production launch, store approval, and a maintainable handoff

Not for

  • A content-only app that could ship faster as a responsive web product
  • Games or graphics-heavy products that require a dedicated engine such as Unity or Unreal
  • A native-only team committed to maintaining separate Swift and Kotlin applications
  • An idea with no validated user flow or product scope: start with a Discovery Sprint

I very much respect the knowledge that you have. You have a lot of things, just in our few communications, that no one else has mentioned. No one else has even made me think about them.

Mobile development questions

Direct answers about React Native, native code, store submission, ownership, and delivery cost.

  • For most product apps, a shared TypeScript codebase gives materially faster delivery and keeps iOS and Android behaviour aligned. We do not pretend every problem belongs in JavaScript: native modules are the right answer for some device APIs and performance-critical paths.
