Can you save what we have, or does it need a rewrite?

Usually we can save it; full rewrites are rare and we treat them as a last resort. The audit answers this honestly. If the foundation is sound we stabilise and harden it; if a component is beyond repair we say so and rebuild only that part.

How fast can you stabilise things?

Once the audit is done, we go straight for the critical path, the handful of failures that are actually hurting you, before touching anything else. Timelines depend on what we find, but stopping the bleeding always comes first.

What do we actually get out of this?

A risk register of what you inherited, a stabilised critical path, and a codebase hardened to production. You end up with a project that runs, and a clear picture of its real state.

What if the audit shows it is healthier than we feared?

Then we tell you that too. If the project is fundamentally fine and just needs capacity to finish, we will point you to an Embedded Squad rather than sell you a rescue you do not need.
