Introduction

ElectroCert is a comprehensive digital solution designed to modernize and streamline the electrical certification process. It provides electrical inspectors with a powerful tool to input inspection data, automatically generate official certification documents, and seamlessly share them with supervisors and clients.

The platform serve as a centralized hub where inspectors can conduct their certification processes efficiently in the field while supervisors can monitor and approve documents from their offices. The app leverages artificial intelligence to extract data from photographs of installations and documentation, significantly reducing manual data entry and potential errors.

ElectroCert is developed as a comprehensive solution with web access and native mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring inspectors have the tools they need regardless of their preferred device. The platform utilize a license-based access system to control and manage user permissions and access levels.

The challenge

The traditional electrical certification process was a bottleneck. Inspectors juggled physical forms, manually transcribed notes, and chased signatures, leading to errors, delays, and a disconnect between field operations and office supervision.

The core problem was an outdated, paper-dependent workflow that stifled efficiency, compromised data accuracy, and lacked the centralized oversight needed for modern service delivery.
